We are currently looking for a Customer Account Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia. A Customer Service Representative is the voice of the Customer within Tastepoint by IFF (Tastepoint). This role manages the sales order process through shipment and delivery for assigned customers and affiliates.

**About You**

To be successful in this challenging role you must have 3-5 years of relevant Customer Service experience or a similar position in a multinational company. Professionalism, self-development and being a good team player are key values. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You have good collaboration skills, are a quick learner and able to work with people from all backgrounds and disciplines.

****Job Requirements****

**You will spend your time...**

* Entering customer orders into ROSS/SAP order entry systems, acknowledging, and confirming orders back to customers

* Managing all customer or Tastepoint/IFF initiated order changes and communicating status updates to the appropriate parties

* Tracking order fulfillment progress, running open order reports daily, and proactively communicating exceptions to customers and management

* Logging customer complaints via QM system, processing credits, debits, and returns in the Dispute Module in a timely manner

* Maintaining all customer related master data

* Providing coverage for coworkers who are out of office

* Preparing forecasts, safety stock, and inventory information as needed

**Required Skills**

* Bachelors Degree preferred

* Previous Manufacturing Operations experience preferred

* Export experience highly preferred

**Required Experience**

* 3-5 years of relevant Customer Service experience or a similar position in a multinational company.
