Job Title: Financial Analyst

Department: Financial Planning & Analysis

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in a fast-paced and growing company. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning and analysis efforts, developing financial models, collaborating with stakeholders, preparing detailed reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee financial analysis and reporting for Independent Physician Association (IPA), Management Services Organization (MSO), and Clinic Operations.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling, to support management decision-making.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, budget vs. actuals reports, and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data from various sources, including internal systems and external databases.
  • Support month-end and year-end close process and perform reconciliations as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The total compensation for Financial Analyst ranges from 80K - 90K.
