We are looking for passionate and driven go-getters to join our North American team. You will be responsible for growing and maintaining the PlayerData community by generating leads and closing deals through outbound sales in the U.S. The Role Own your territory: Generate new business leads and proactively identify sales opportunities within the college, club and youth sports market. Build and maintain relationships with coaches, athletic directors, and decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct sales presentations: Communicate the value and benefits of our solutions through compelling demonstrations. Conduct thorough market research: Understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our products and services. Collaborate with internal teams: Ensure alignment of strategies and provide valuable market feedback to marketing and product development teams. Develop and execute sales strategies: Utilize prospecting, cold calling, networking, and industry event attendance to drive sales growth. Prepare persuasive sales proposals: Negotiate contract terms, achieve targets, and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate records: Keep up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and customer information in the CRM system. Plan and execute local events: Assist in organizing tournaments, camps, and other sports functions to enhance market presence. Support company-wide goals: Be ready to contribute to achieving broader business objectives as needed. The Ideal Candidate Background in Soccer, American Football, Lacrosse, Field Hockey etc (club, academy NCAA, Professional), either as a coach or player. Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the sports industry or with a SaaS company. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong networking and relationship-building skills to forge partnerships with key stakeholders. Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and opportunities. Flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
