**Onsite 2 days a week at Stennis Space Center in Mississippi.**Our government client is looking for a Microsoft Systems Administrator to join their team.Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. We offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Pay Rate: $60.00 - $63.00/hr on W2Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.Responsibilities of the Microsoft Systems Administrator:Manage Windows OS-based computer devices through Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, registry and files system security as neededAdminister systems infrastructure both on-premises and in the cloudCollaborate with other team members to perform server patching and maintenanceEvaluate hardware and software purchasesManage 2000+ servers across multiple field site locationsManage and lead systems and infrastructure projectsFollow existing incident, problem, release, change management processesSupport existing server infrastructure in a 24x7 on-call escalation capacity as part of a team rotationProvide high level technical support for Tier-3 issue escalations/ticketsDesign and implement Citrix solutionsManage and monitor a Citrix platformRequirements of the Microsoft Systems Administrator:At least 12 years of experience administrating and managing servers and systems, cloud infrastructure, file and print environments, specializing in Windows operating systemsMust have experience leading technical team supporting system operationsMust have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and SQL ServerMust possess a Microsoft Certified Solutions certificationPlease be advised- If anyone reaches out to you about an open position connected with Eliassen Group, please confirm that they have an Eliassen.com email address and never provide personal or financial information to anyone who is not clearly associated with Eliassen Group.
