The CRM Administrator participates in development and day-to-day operations of CRM and provides end-user support and troubleshooting. This person plays a key role in managing and administering activities around CRM, coordinating/resolving support tickets, upgrade initiatives, and developing new and maintaining existing workflows and plugins within CRM.
This position is eligible to work hybrid or onsite in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy. Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment.

- Designs, develops, tests, documents, implements, and maintains CRM based solutions.
- Administer and support the system on a day-to-day basis, including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles, roles, and role security, customization of objects / entities, fields, Forms / Layouts / Record Types
- Design and configure changes to workflows, reports, dashboards, database fields and screens.
- Develop the end user documentation, including application training manuals, job aids and workflows.
- Respond in a timely fashion to end users' needs, analyze/resolve support tickets relating to business applications and general systems issues.
- Train, instruct and educate groups and individuals in a team environment.
- Keep abreast of new features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Manage the software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments, and coordinating actual software testing.
- Serves as primary system administrator for the CRM environment with all users.
- Participate in and manage integration projects.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business administration, marketing, finance, computer science or related field, or in lieu of a degree, five years equivalent work/technical/computer science experience.
- A minimum of three years of experience working with a CRM
- Three years technical experience with SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Experience in project management, data management, training users, and experience providing support for end users.
- A strong understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working with MS 365 and MS software programs.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Experiences implementing a CRM in an enterprise environment and working with API interfaces for communicating with CRM systems.
- Pega Systems implementation experience.
Compensation
BCBSKS Grade: Exempt 17
Minimum salary: $93,760
