CRM Administrator

The CRM Administrator participates in development and day-to-day operations of CRM and provides end-user support and troubleshooting. This person plays a key role in managing and administering activities around CRM, coordinating/resolving support tickets, upgrade initiatives, and developing new and maintaining existing workflows and plugins within CRM.This position is eligible to work hybrid or onsite in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy.
