Responsibilities
- Handle back-to-back inbound calls
- Assisting members with membership eligibility, benefits clarification, Medicare, claims, plan options, payment and billing inquiries.
- Promote and ensure exceptional customer service, aligning with the organization's philosophy of providing extraordinary customer relations and quality service.
- Implements appropriate actions to resolve complaints and coordinate service recovery.
- Access multiple computer systems, provide sound problem-solving resolution, demonstrate stellar customer service skills and utilize excellent writing skills.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility).
