CHA Dental Services at our Windsor Street Care Center is a teaching site for the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and other local schools. People come here to learn about research and techniques in oral health. Our residents frequently provide dental services and education to children and adults through community events and programs. Our office in Cambridge provides a wide range of services for all ages. You can find everything from routine cleanings to dentures. We also offer evening hours and have a children-only clinic one weekend a month.

Summary:

Performs a wide range of complex and concurrent finance, administrative, and clerical functions. Works collaboratively with other administrative staff and directors of the department. Provides effective support to the finance and administrative operations of the department.

Requirements:

Education/Training: High school diploma/GED required and appropriate training to meet requirements.

Required skills: Excellent computer skills including experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Google Apps. Knowledge of general finance and administrative functions. Fluent in the English language. Good finance data entry, writing, verbal, and communications skills, including ability to construct letters and take minutes at meetings. Expert knowledge of scheduling required. Polite, friendly person able to interact positively with the general public and multiple department staff. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills required. Ability to accurately complete projects as needed by the department, including special projects. Ability to follow instructions and also to work independently.
