Supervisor has oversight of day to day clinic operations supporting efficient patient care. This position supports the work of the clinic manager and medical director in improving patient satisfaction, complaint resolution, and clinic performance in meeting organizational and regional goals.

Required qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: Business College or office management training. Or equivalent educ/experience.
  • Progressively responsible experience in a medical office or a combination of relevant education and directly related work experience.
  • Previous experience managing staff.
  • Experience, education or training in medical records management and regulations, to include HIPAA.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Medical Office or Business Administration, or other relevant field. Or

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
