THE JOB:

As a Pool Counter Attendant, you will contribute to fabulous guest experiences with your welcoming smile and excellent customer service at the pool. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Take and place order, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately

  • Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures

  • Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house

  • Clear tables and counters

  • Sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests

  • Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments

  • Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures

  • Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment

  • Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed

  • Resolve guest complaints or refer the matter to management

  • Notify Supervisor and Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

  • Perform other job-related duties as requested

The IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • At least 21 years of age

  • Currently has a TAM card, and Food Handler's Card or the ability to obtain one

  • Previous serving experience, preferably in a high-volume setting

  • Ability to be standing & walking around outside for long periods of time

  • Ability to work various shifts possibly including weekends and holidays

SCHEDULE:

On Call

STARTING PAY RATE:

$14.62 per hour
