Join Our Team Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero is looking for a Full-time Overnight Front Desk Supervisor who can assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure, make necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, and transport guest and hotel packages and parcels. We are looking for individuals with not only the right skills but also the right attitude for the role The Overnight Front Desk Supervisor is an essential member of the Rooms division team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position. Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on an as-needed basis, in order to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Preferred Qualifications and Skills One-year luxury hotel experience. Strong supervisory skills including decision making, communication, deductive reasoning, and problem solving. Exceptional communication skills and command of the English language. Additional language preferred but not required. Completion of Post-Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field. Strong Customer Service, Multi-tasking, and Communication Skills. Knowledge of Opera Property Management System. Responsive to constructive feedback from hotel leadership.
