About The Position
We are looking for a passionate and energetic
Customer Success AccountManager
to join our growing team located in Dallas.
This person will deliver a superb customer experience to our North American clients, while also working closely with our teams in Israel and Europe. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining customer satisfaction and seeking opportunities for expansion and upselling within existing client accounts.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Support the onboarding process of new clients.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless delivery of services.
Actively engage with multiple contacts within each client account to foster strong communication and partnership.
Manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with your customers.
Join calls with clients to understand their needs, tackle problems independently, and escalate cases when necessary.
Identify opportunities for expansion and upselling within existing client accounts.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction and company growth.
Develop a deep understanding of the product to address the business needs of your clients.
Establish business relationships with C-level executives, negotiate renewals and upsells.
Requirements
Great interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS-based company.
Experience working with enterprise organizations.
Proactive problem solver who is not afraid to break boundaries.
A passion to learn about Lighthouse and the Knowledge Management Sphere.
High prioritization skills and process orientation.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
