Senior Customer Success Manager

Location : Texas, Illinois, New York, Massachusetts | Hybrid

This team is comprised of subject matter experts who are all motivated by helping our customers achieve success with Intralinks.

We are looking for a new Senior Customer Success Manager to support our team in the Central Time Zone.

What You Will Get To Do:

Set up, onboard and train new clients across all Intralinks products and services Act as subject matter expert driving best practices and the main POC for all client needs Engage with customers on a regular basis to ensure broad adoption and satisfaction Analyze and provide intelligence to customers allowing maximum leverage of Intralinks solutions Identify and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention Continuously learn about the ever-changing industry

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of related experience in a Customer Relationship Management role Experience implementing and supporting SaaS solutions Bilingual English and Spanish/Portuguese (ideal) Able to work standard business hours with flexibility off-hours and ongoing mobile phone (email) monitoring Detail-oriented, results-driven Exceptional in business, excel and other technology tools Exceptional communication and organizational skills; our Customer Success Manager will manage multiple projects and deadlines
