As a Human Resources Business Partner at Resolve you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. As part of our global HR team, you will be our main representative in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
You will combine commercial focus with HR expertise to improve organizational effectiveness by aligning HR policies and procedures to support business strategy
Identify legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure that policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
Stay up-to-date with HR trends, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation
Manage employee relations, address concerns, and cultivate a positive workplace culture
Drive talent acquisition efforts, including supporting recruitment activities and employer branding
Oversee new employee orientation and onboarding
Support to develop and implement performance management programs to enhance employee growth and development
Provide guidance on compensation and benefits to ensure competitive and fair practices
Monitor payroll and contract management
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, compliance and government regulations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build trustful relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management
