Our Field Operations Manager pushes the boundaries of whats been done within the trades to establish Treehouse as the nations leading electrical services provider, true for our customers and for the employees who bring our vision to life The Field Operations Manager: Designs and implements a scalable field logistics strategy that maximizes delivery accuracy, efficiency, and throughput while building a trusting and inclusive culture for our field team. Ensures exceptional installer value by way of a convenient delivery environment and best-in-class operational support. Understands and can communicate on the details of electrical installations to support customers, colleagues, and a national electrician workforce. Creates infrastructure for project scoping and handoff for sales and customer support teams, streamlining intake for the benefit of customers and installers alike. Partners with engineering and product leadership to identify system gaps and design, build, and scale field support tools. Designs, monitors, and reports on key performance metrics to manage performance across the field organization, track progress toward company goals, identify areas of opportunity, and drive business decisions. Contributes to continuous performance improvement across the company. Successful candidates will demonstrate: A four-year Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Engineering, or other computational field Two or more years of operations and logistics experience involving distributed teams that deliver exceptional customer value A proven track record of implementing systems and software to improve team efficiency and effectiveness Expertise in CRM and/or field management systems and workflow solutions that directly impact employee and customer experiences Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make decisions Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on interpersonal communication and collaboration Independence, a bias for action, and comfort with fast learning and iteration Ability to thrive in a fast-past, early-stage company environment Featured benefits include: Medical insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Unlimited paid time off
