What Youll Do:

  • Develop project scopes, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets and schedules.
  • Design and manage a range of linear and water/wastewater projects.
  • Interface regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore new opportunities.
  • Lead by example, mentor team members, and maintain the highest level of professional respect.

What Were Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in civil site, land development, or water/wastewater engineering projects, with at least 3 years in project management.
  • Licensure: Virginia PE license or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and a strong understanding of engineering principles.
  • Virginia Experience: Prior experience working in Virginia is required.
  • Driving: A valid drivers license is essential.
