With more than 700 dedicated professionals working remotely, TASC is able to serve businesses of all sizes across the United States.

We are seeking an experienced Market Research Analyst to work approximately 5 hours per week. This fully remote role will report to the Chief Service Offering Officer.

Responsibilities include survey design, survey instrument development, survey execution, survey data analysis, and of course, transforming market research data into clear marketing recommendations.

As a key player in the ongoing administration and management of TASC's Voice of the Customer program, the Market Research Analyst will be instrumental in driving the customer perspective into all aspects of the strategic, tactical and operational initiatives

The qualified candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. A degree in market research or relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience executing and analyzing comprehensive marketing research projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity and a passion for data and insight development.
  • Knowledge and experience in research methodologies.
  • Ability to develop and tailor key insights to senior leadership.
  • Excellent decision-making skills with proven ability to work with autonomy.

What you will do:

  • Research qualitative and quantitative studies for the purposes of better understanding customer attitudes and behaviors related to strategic, tactical and operational initiatives as well as planning and implementation of new or changing products/services and processes.
  • Coordinate and/or conduct research studies on:
    • Service satisfaction
    • Customer termination / cancellation
    • New customers (on-boarding)
    • Newly acquired customers
    • Brand awareness
    • Product/service pricing
    • Special research studies focused on major and transformational changes
  • Develop instrumentation and determine methodology for data collection
  • Analyze data secured from research studies
  • Author reports and graphical illustrations of key findings of the research
  • Obtain relevant industry and benchmark metrics for comparison purposes and best-in-class standards.
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing outside research vendors
