Ensure the security and integrity of all internal data, manage digital assets, and oversee the use of storage solutions like One Drive and Dropbox for maintaining the Material Library, SOPs, Test Reports, Design and Quote Archives, and Passwords, to protect and efficiently access company's vital information.Infrastructure Management- Integrate 3PL operating systems (Freight, Warehouses, Customer Service), manage e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, and Wayfair), Retailer Portal Management (Spark, Syndigo, Salsify, Commercehub), oversee networks, servers, and other IT infrastructure.Stakeholder Engagement, Collaboration, and Leadership: Forge strong collaborations with internal teams and external partners, delivering insights and training on data-driven marketing strategies and emerging technologies. Align closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to craft a unified data strategy that propels business goals. (3+ years)Proficient to expert level in Excel, Python, and SQL, and a familiarity with SAS, R, and other data analysis tools, with experience in automating data processes and creating dynamic dashboards, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis methods. (2+ Years)Experience with digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM (using tools like Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager), email marketing, social media, and PPC campaigns.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in training and stakeholder management.Possess a solid understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision, to facilitate the development and integration of advanced internal tools that enhance analytical capabilities and operational efficiency.Excellent English speaking and writing skills are a requirement of this role.
