Managing funds and goods for the Volunteer and Emergency Services Program, assuring that they are within budget. Researching available funding and writing grant proposals. Receiving requests or direct service referrals for volunteer program assistance. Developing, maintaining, and compiling statistics for publishing quarterly and annual reports on the volunteer program. Designing jobs and training volunteers. Experience: Three years of full-time experience coordinating or supervising volunteers in a public, nonprofit or private agency which included supervision of staff.
