Accertify is growing, and we are looking to add a Technical Support Lead to our global fraud-fighting team.

How will you make an impact in this role?
The Technical Support Lead will closely collaborate with clients to comprehend e-commerce fraud and chargeback challenges. This role provides the opportunity to configure Accertify products with clients to achieve optimal outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and perform configuration tasks for Accertify client's Fraud and Chargeback functionalities
  • Troubleshoot client issues connecting to our systems, monitor for system alerts, and contact clients when interruptions in their data feed are impacted
  • Develop and deploy fraud transaction screening rules and methodologies
  • Develop additional tactics and other procedures to diminish customers' risk
  • Work with clients to identify new features and functionality for Interceptas
  • Work closely with Accertify Subject Matter Experts to evaluate and identify emerging technologies/fraud trends and adapt new approaches and features as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication/written skills as well as a dynamic and energetic approach to problem-solving to further a best-in-class customer experience
  • Prior experience working directly with customers
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting of an application
  • Technical Skills in data manipulation
  • Knowledge of SQL, JSON, and XML is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with SAAS (software as a service) systems
  • Previous experience in fraud prevention and detection

    Workplace Flexibility: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)
