ArsenalBio seeks a dynamic HR and talent Business Partner to join our growing Human Resources team. We want someone who cares about this important work and who's driven to connect to our mission of helping patients. This individual will serve as a Senior HRBP for the Leader(s) and their corresponding functions and as a talent partner in leading strategic initiatives across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will report to the Senior Director of HR and is committed to fostering a culture of deliberate development, can partner effectively with various functional leaders and cross-functional teams, and can adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO
    • Lead human resources initiatives that drive results and accelerate innovation.
    • Act as senior advisor on all employee relations issues through practical and objective investigation processes, ensuring adherence to appropriate employment law and policies.
    • Facilitate employee conflict resolution and reduce employee relations issues with a pragmatic approach grounded in business needs and results.
    • Support and enable partnered organizations by providing expertise on all HR aspects of the business.
    • Provide leadership on performance management, effective communication, and organizational change.
    • Develop and implement change management initiatives that facilitate/enable organizational growth and transformation and effect continuous improvement.
    • Establish credibility throughout the organization and position yourself as an effective problem solver of people and organizational issues.
    • Coach, develop, and support leaders while engaging in critical people activities to enable them to make sound decisions.
    • Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

WHO YOU ARE
    • 8+ years of broad and progressive human resources experience
    • Experience in the biotech/pharmaceuticals industry is strongly preferred
    • Experience in having direct involvement with senior business executives in high-growth environments in organizations recognized for best practices in HR
    • Demonstrated ability to design and integrate successful business solutions
    • Experience working in highly cross-functional and integrated business models
    • Experience building, coaching, and enabling high-performance teams
    • Must have a demonstrated track record of good judgment working autonomously
    • Extensive experience navigating and resolving a wide range of employee relations issues required
    • Direct experience in other HR functional areas (i.e., Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, DEI, etc.) is preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to educate and influence through formal and informal communication.
    • Ability to work at strategic, operational, and tactical levels
