We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator located in one of our clinic cities to join our team ABOUT THE JOB

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Skin Pharm, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. You will review applications, resumes and references to identify the most qualified candidates and guide them through a seamless interview process. You will work alongside our recruiting and HR team as we continue to build a diverse and qualified team ABOUT YOU

You must be passionate about Skin Pharm and have experience in talent acquisition or recruiting. You have excellent communication and organizational abilities and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems. You have creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent and a keen understanding of Skin Pharm’s culture and vision.

QUALIFICATIONS: Full-cycle recruiting experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of social media, LinkedIn and other professional networks.

Great documentation skills and knowledge of industry trends.

Experience using applicant tracking systems.

Strong understanding of Skin Pharm and the company culture.
