Interim Accounting Manager - Director


Our client,a generative artificial intelligence platform, is seeking for a skilled Interim Accounting Manager - Director to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Helping to lead the Netsuite implementation, including moving data from QuickBooks.
  • Creating a reporting process from scratch using the Netsuite tool.
  • Getting the company ready to go through their first audit.
  • Building the AR (Accounts Receivable) process.
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding billing.
  • Managing vendor onboarding.
  • Handling journal entries and other ad hoc accounting projects.

Requirements:

  1. Experience working for a small, high-growth company in a hands-on accounting role.
  2. Netsuite experience.
  3. SaaS industry experience is nice to have but not mandatory.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
