This role is crucial for managing our accounting operations during a period of significant organizational change. Responsibilities

Investment Account Tracking:

Manage and track investment account holders similar to Eldon Pass entities. Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable:

Oversee AR/AP processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Payroll:

Manage payroll entries and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. General Ledger Entries:

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting:

Handle fixed assets accounting and prepare financial reports. Reconciliation:

Perform thorough reconciliations, including cash reconciliation. Communication and Adaptability:

Communicate effectively across the organization and adapt to changes in processes and procedures. Must-Have Qualifications

Experience:

At least 5+ years of accounting experience in small to medium-sized organizations. Software Proficiency:

Strong experience with Sage Intacct. Accounting Expertise:

Demonstrated experience in AR/AP, payroll, GL entries, fixed assets, and financial reporting. Reconciliation Skills:

Proven experience in performing detailed reconciliations, particularly cash reconciliations. Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Professional Certification:

CPA strongly preferred. Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Preferred Qualifications

Adaptability:

Experience in organizations undergoing significant changes. Professionalism:
