Commercial Regional Sales Director We are excited to offer an opportunity for a seasoned and dynamic Commercial Regional Sales Director to lead our Buffalo, NY office of a well-established $60MM Commercial Business Services provider. As the director, you will oversee a vibrant regional territory, manage a dedicated sales team, and drive strategic growth. If you are ambitious, adept at both sales management and operational leadership, and primed to carry a team towards new heights of success, join us Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Direct and oversee the sales operations in Buffalo, NY, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Develop strategic sales plans to expansively increase customer base and maximize revenue generation. Manage daily operational activities with a keen attention to detail and a proactive management style. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 5 to 10 sales professionals to achieve top performance and professional growth. Implement effective CRM strategies and utilize CRM tools to optimize client relationship management and data analysis. Engage in hands-on P&L management, with a focus on profitability and cost-efficiency. Emphasize a consultative and supportive management approach to foster a collaborative team environment. Regularly engage in cold calling and other hunter sales techniques to secure new business and meet sales targets. Minimum Position Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in sales management within the business services sector. Proven track record of managing a small to medium-sized sales team effectively. Hands-on experience with CRM systems is essential for client tracking and sales metrics analysis. Possession of strong leadership skills and the capability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving set sales targets. Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization. Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Experience with operational management in a commercial business services environment. Proven P&L management experience, with a demonstrated understanding of budget control and financial management. Detailed-oriented with a strong propensity for data collection, analysis, and the use of analytics to drive business decisions. Skills: Strong strategic planning and business development skills. Excellent mentoring and team development capabilities. Robust analytical skills, with an emphasis on sales and market analysis. Effective negotiation and closing prowess.
