Mighty Taco, a leading quick-service restaurant chain in Western New York, is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurants.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a manager in a fast-food environment or one year as a shift supervisor with Mighty Taco. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a strong passion for leadership and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service: Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by supervising and directing team members, resolving complaints promptly, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Cash Management: Maintain accurate cash drops, deposit shift receipts on time, ensure sufficient change is available, and count drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Staffing and Training: Proactively manage staffing levels, recruit and develop internal candidates, and train store supervisors to achieve company standards.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Maintain adequate stock levels, generate purchase orders as needed, and complete weekly inventory counts.
