What youll be doing:

  • Financial Planning and Budgeting:

    • Contribute to the development of comprehensive financial plans and annual budgets in alignment with the company's strategic objectives

What you need:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 7+ years of professional finance experience or equivalent field
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills; experience with Power BI, SQL and or managing large amounts of data is a plus
  • The ability to define problems, seek and collect data, synthesize the data, and communicate it effectively to create change
  • Good oral and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with a variety of disciplines and diverse groups of people
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, sales organization with ever-changing business needs and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent leadership skills and a passion for creating an environment of highly engaged employees that achieve extraordinary results and experience directly leading teams
  • Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships at all levels of the organization
