WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Campaign Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and execute paid search and shopping ad strategies to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Create and manage campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) ensuring alignment with best practices and guidelines.
  • Develop compelling ad copy and engaging landing page experiences for optimal conversion rates.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
2. Budget Management:
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment.
  • Monitor daily spend, adjust bids, and make necessary optimizations to meet budget goals.
  • Provide regular budget updates and performance reports to stakeholders.
3. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and revenue.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive campaign improvements.
  • Ensure tracking mechanisms (e.g., conversion tracking, Google Analytics) are set up to measure campaign performance accurately.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new advertising features, and emerging platforms, and proactively recommend strategies to leverage them.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, web development) to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor's Degree; preferably in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field

  • In-depth knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization.
  • Proficiency in campaign tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
