Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in the field of ABA and related disciplines.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of innovative practices through data analysis and feedback from clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to implement new programs and practices.
  • Train staff on new techniques and technologies.
  • Monitor the integration process and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Ensure that all innovative practices comply with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for new clinical procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure the quality and effectiveness of implemented innovations.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Directors, Clinical Supervisors, and other stakeholders to align innovation projects with clinical goals.

  • Stay current with developments in ABA and related fields through continuous education and professional development.
  • Present findings and innovations at conferences, seminars, and within the organization.
  • Contribute to the organizations knowledge base by presenting through Verbal Beginnings University.
Qualifications:
  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA, focusing on clinical practice and program development.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience providing behavior management oversight.
  • Proven experience in leading innovative projects and implementing new clinical practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
