You will be responsible for building, deploying, and iterating upon the clinical operations that underpin the company's virtual care model, with an initial focus on their anchor partnership with an innovative and high-profile oncology group. In this role, you will report to the Director of Operations, and collaborate closely with the operations, clinical, and product teams. The company is seeking a dynamic individual excited to build 0-1 in healthcare and shape the future landscape of survivorship care. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of passion, strategic thinking, and demonstrated track record of launching impactful healthcare initiatives at scale. What You’ll Do: Build Clinical Operations: Strategize and implement the necessary infrastructure, including people, processes, and technology / product, required to deliver the care model Develop Clinical Programs: Collaborate closely with the CMO and clinical team to conceptualize and implement innovative clinical initiatives that deliver on superior outcomes and better patient experience Drive Process Improvement: Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and work with the team to implement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency Engage with External Partners: Cultivate robust partnerships with external stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships and facilitating collaboration needed to launch and expand key programs Support Day-to-Day Management: Support the Director of Operations in overseeing the day-to-day virtual clinic operations, strategic planning, and resource allocation for the function, offering valuable insights and recommendations to drive organizational objectives forward How You’ll Thrive: Within the first 90 days, you will onboard with the Operations team, immersing yourself in the ethos and approach to survivorship. Your focus will be on gearing up for the partnership launch, where you’ll actively contribute to building the tools, processes, and training required for a successful rollout. Within the first year, you’ll play a leadership role within the Operations team, driving both the improvement and expansion of existing programs and operations. You will also help with new market launches and play a pivotal role in shaping the growth trajectory. As a leader within the organization, you'll contribute significantly to the mission, guiding the evolution of the initiatives and leaving a lasting impact on the lives of those served. What You Will Need: 3+ years of experience at high-growth healthcare startups Previous experience in management consulting, healthcare operations, product management, or investment banking preferred Comfort navigating ambiguity and proactive in seeking information and resources to drive progress amidst change Strong data-driven decision making and analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Excel / Google Sheet (SQL preferred) Ownership mindset, with proven experience in managing against OKRs Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills Ability to independently drive work forward while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary and equity in the company Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance 401k 4 weeks of paid PTO Annual WFH stipend Annual wellness stipend Team bonding & culture stipend
