The Graduate Admissions Officer will recruit new graduate students (full-time, part-time, on-campus, and online) for the College who possess the academic background necessary to succeed within the rigors of Thomas College's graduate offerings. The different components of recruiting are direct and indirect marketing, networking, face-to-face recruiting, travel, and public presentations. In this position the Graduate Admissions Officer will assist with the admissions process and matriculation of graduate students. Follow-up on student leads from inquiries about all graduate programs. (Experience in Slate or other CRM is preferred.) Coordinate graduate recruiting efforts across multiple offices to include Marketing, Student Financial Services, Faculty, Academic Affairs, and Athletics. Work with Marketing and Communications regarding maintenance and development of graduate webpages, student testimonials, social media, direct and indirect marketing materials. The Graduate Admissions Officer will promote the College's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) statement where applicable. To be considered, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred) and have prior office, sales, or recruiting experience. The candidate must be willing to work non-traditional hours during certain times of the academic year.
