The Student Records, Enrollment and Transfer Specialist is the first contact for students and their families in the Registrar/SFS office suite. They are responsible for oversight of front office tasks and assist in maintaining accurate academic and financial records for all students. The position oversees the transfer evaluations of students entering into the Graduate and Professional Studies Office. The Student Records, Enrollment and Transfer Specialist will promote the College's diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) statement where applicable.

The selected candidate will maintain front office area and manage front office tasks including greeting walk-ins, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and replying to e-mail requests in a timely manner. The Student Records, Enrollment and Transfer Specialist is expected to answer questions related to academic programs, registration, commencement, student billing, and financial aid while safeguarding student information in accordance with FERPA. Oversight of Academic Transcripts. The Student Records, Enrollment and Transfer Specialist will facilitate the routine updating of academic transcripts at the end of each academic term and manage all requests for academic transcripts via parchment and paper forms to ensure timely processing of records. Oversight of Transfer Evaluation Procedures for academic credit and application to student degree programs. This includes reviewing external and internal transcripts, preparing transfer and credit evaluations for current, transfer and potential students. Process and issue weekly refund checks in coordination with the Student Financial Services Counselor.

Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred. Minimum of one year of professional work experience or its equivalent is preferred. Preferred experience in a higher education setting.
