We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team A little bit about The Art House… We have been teaching art to kids and teens since 1987 The Art House is a women-owned family business. The office coordinator plays a vital role in daily operations. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities: Greet and assist all customers during class time

Monitoring and ordering inventory for the office, art kits & classroom supplies

Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, phone calls and voicemails

Managing and overseeing all customer accounts and billing

Develop and implement organized filing systems

Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organization and time management skills

Great customer service and interpersonal skills

Friendly, service-oriented personality

Keen attention to detail

Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills

Proficiency with common word processing and spreadsheet software

Loves kids

An art background or interest in visual art is preferred

Schedule: Monday 3:00 - 8:00pm Wednesday 3:00 - 7:00pm Thursday 3:00 - 7:00pm Friday 3:00 - 7:00pm Saturday 8:00 am - 1:00pm *schedule subject to change
