Provide strong and visionary leadership to the clinical team, setting clear expectations and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Develop and communicate strategic goals for the clinical department in alignment with organizational goals. Provide ongoing supervision and support to clinical team members, ensuring adherence to ABA principles and best practices. Participate in gross margin planning to predict coming month trends based one expected revenue and labor. Establish and implement quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines. Assess the needs and requirements of clients to determine appropriate caseload assignments. Cultivate positive and professional relationships with payors and funding sources to enhance collaboration and communication. Conduct regular reviews of client records, assessments, and interventions to maintain clinical excellence. Provide expert consultation on complex cases, guiding and collaborating with clinical teams in problem-solving and decision-making. Deliver training and support to enhance the clinical skills and knowledge of team members and support professional growth and development. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients, families, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with other department heads and organizational leadership to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services. Job Qualifications:
