Role Responsibilities: As the Clinical Supervisor, you will:

  • Support the Director of Patient Care Services in managing home health service capabilities.
  • Oversee the coordination of patient care services delivered by clinical staff.
  • Guide and mentor nursing and therapy personnel to enhance service quality.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of patient care plans and outcomes.
  • Implement performance evaluations for clinical staff and address any performance issues.
  • Facilitate training and orientation for new employees, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor and evaluate clinician performance.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations in healthcare practices.
  • Manage patient care assignments and ensure continuous assessment of patient needs.
  • Be available for on-call duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in California.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting within the last five years.
  • Strong clinical decision-making skills and understanding of quality assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in office software and electronic health record systems.
