Role Responsibilities: As the Clinical Supervisor, you will:
- Support the Director of Patient Care Services in managing home health service capabilities.
- Oversee the coordination of patient care services delivered by clinical staff.
- Guide and mentor nursing and therapy personnel to enhance service quality.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of patient care plans and outcomes.
- Implement performance evaluations for clinical staff and address any performance issues.
- Facilitate training and orientation for new employees, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.
- Conduct field visits to monitor and evaluate clinician performance.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations in healthcare practices.
- Manage patient care assignments and ensure continuous assessment of patient needs.
- Be available for on-call duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in California.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting within the last five years.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and understanding of quality assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in office software and electronic health record systems.
