We are seeking an experienced
Analyst
to join our Investment Banking Team located in Washington, DC.
As an Analyst, you will provide support to senior bankers and analysts with all aspects of fast-growing banking practice. This includes deal pitching, model preparation, and deal execution. Specific responsibilities include preparing financial models, researching, and analyzing datapoints, and assisting with detailed presentations for corporate clients.
Responsibilities
Build financial statements and valuation models for existing and target clients
Prepare client pitches and marketing materials
Coordinate working groups, roadshows, and other marketing events
Perform due diligence, research, and document capital market transactions
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
The following are the minimum requirements for this position:
A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience in an investment banking role
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field, preferably with a concentration in finance or mathematics
Strong financial modeling skills and experience analyzing financial statements
Effective project management, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel products
FINRA SIE, Series 7 and/or 79 licenses
Candidate must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S. This role does not offer sponsorship for work visas.
The ideal candidate will quickly integrate and become a meaningful contributor to the team.
