Analysts play a crucial role in supporting both junior and senior bankers in providing advisory services to the firm's clientele across various products and sectors, while gaining exposure to private equity and family office operations.
This program equips analysts with the skills necessary for a successful career in finance, allowing them to make meaningful contributions to our team.
Analysts engage in deal structuring, financial modeling, presentation preparation, client communication, and more.About Stephens:

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct detailed financial analyses for various transactions
Prepare presentation materials including:
- Customized pitch books, Confidential Information Memorandums, and other marketing documents
- Perform quantitative and qualitative industry research and analysis
- Execute other operational and administrative tasks as required
The two-year program positions motivated Analysts for advancement to an Associate role within our firm.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline preferred

- The following registrations will be required within six months of employment:
- SIE – Securities Industry Essentials
- Series 7 – General Securities Representative
- Series 63 – Uniform State Law Exam
- Series 79 – Investment Banking Representative Exam
