The Investment Banking Analyst Program at Stephens is a distinctive opportunity within the financial services sector.

This comprehensive two-year program commences with an intensive training period led by seasoned Stephens bankers, designed to equip analysts with essential skills and knowledge. Following this, participants will gain invaluable hands-on experience through ongoing projects.

Analysts will collaborate with both junior and senior bankers, providing advisory services to a diverse clientele across various products and sectors, while also engaging with private equity firms and family offices.

This program is structured to offer analysts a robust foundation for a successful career in finance, while enabling them to make meaningful contributions to the team.

Analysts will be involved in deal structuring, financial modeling, presentation preparation, client communications, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed financial analyses for various transactions

• Prepare presentation materials, including:
tailored pitch books, Confidential Information Memorandums, and other marketing documents
• Perform quantitative and qualitative industry research and analysis
• Execute other operational and administrative tasks as required
The two-year program positions motivated Analysts for future Associate roles within the firm.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
