Job Summary:

We are looking for responsible and dynamic individuals who have the ability to handle inbound customer calls and provide customer service such as, but not limited to: helping customers over the phone, navigate products on our website, close sales, conduct inside sales, respond promptly to customer emails and inquiries, and handle customer queries in a courteous and professional manner.

This is an ENTRY LEVEL position. with the option of both part-time and full-time. We are located in Santa Clara, California and are looking for candidates local candidates only. This opportunity would be a great fit for college students or recent graduates looking to give a head-start to career growth. GREAT Compensation package with above-market pay

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Excellent telephone, people, and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Multilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus
  • Must be punctual, organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
  • Must be able to work independently and be solution-oriented
  • Must possess basic computer skills; proficiency with internet navigation, MS Office, and emails
  • California accidental, life, and health insurance licensed agents preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by creating solutions for customers and ensuring a smooth sales process to close sales
  • Promptly attend to customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and chats; collaborate with team to ensure no tickets are missed
  • Identify and analyze customer needs; guide and lead customer to appropriate products and services
  • Clearly document and log customer details through all forms of communication
  • Use CRM technology successfully to keep customer records and capture customer feedback; discuss existing opportunities and challenges when presented
  • Provide professional, accurate, and friendly customer service in relation to our products
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with customers as required
  • Provide key information regarding customer trends to other departments as needed
  • Conduct relevant online research when needed; multi-task simple projects in collaboration with other departments
Qualifications:
  • Any experience in a call center or telephone customer support is a plus.
  • Must be flexible with hourly-based scheduling and available to work on weekends.
  • Some post-secondary education or any college degree is preferred.
*Hired candidate will be required to obtain a specialized license that the company will pay and provide training for.

The pay range for this position is $19 - $23/hour and is dependent on location and experience.
