Customer Success Representative

VisitorsCoverage is a leading InsurTech company revolutionizing the travel insurance industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join our growing team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and dynamic individual to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Identify and analyze customer needs to provide personalized solutions
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for quality improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
  • California accidental, life, and health insurance licensed agents preferred
