We are seeking a self-motivated and organized Contracts Administrator to join our fast-paced operations team. At PermaBilt, the Contracts Administrator helps control the flow of projects through the construction cycle, to minimize debt collections.

Duties Include:
  • Help manage the flow of projects through the company from intake to completion.
  • Perform customer billings.
  • Create change orders for customers and send for signature.
  • Maintain aged receivables
  • Help obtain financing for customers (3rd party and in-housing financing).
  • Handle all customer issues pertaining to the contract, including but not limited to billing issues, cancellation requests, cancellations, and collections
  • Communicate with outside counsel, Better Business Bureau, and 3rd party collection agencies in an effort to resolve contract disputes not able to be resolved in-house
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Some College Education
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office and Acrobat
  • Must be able to review his/her own work for accuracy.
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently.
Preferred:
  • Bachelors Degree in business
  • Knowledge of SAGE 300 CRE
