Human Resources Coordinator

DESCRIPTION
We are seeking candidates for an entry level Human Resources Coordinator position.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Supporting HR function with an emphasis on record keeping, data entry and general HR tasks.
  • Assisting the HR recruitment staff by assembling applicant folders, sending out emails and providing phone support when needed.
  • Assisting with the creation and distribution of employment and HR-related correspondence materials to employees.
  • Sending our 90 day and annual review forms to employees and their managers
  • Maintaining both the hard copy employee files and the e-files
  • Maintaining the I-9 Forms
  • Maintaining EEO and Veteran reports
  • Other administrative HR tasks such as booking travel, event preparation, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Well organized, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound computer and systems knowledge and experience; Proficient with Excel reporting, Word, Outlook
  • Able to work independently given adequate direction.
  • Team player
  • Professional
  • Familiar with architectural engineering/construction/construction management industry a plus
  • AS Degree or higher required.
