Design Works Gaming is looking for an experienced and determined HR & Executive Admin Coordinator to join our Human Resources Team in Scottsdale At DWG, our HR & Executive Admin Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in recruiting matters, scheduling, and finding new ways to enrich our programs in place while also adding new initiatives. This role requires strong attention to detail and a passion to succeed.

Your Role and Impact:
  • Draft job descriptions and collaborate with managers to achieve desired content
  • Post jobs and research new places to advertise DWG open roles
  • Implement new team members benefits and work closely with brokers on medical, dental, vision and 401K offerings
  • Schedule interviews for various executive team members and managers.
  • Host preliminary interviews to increase the speed of recruiting efforts
  • Partner with HR Manager on various projects to enrich employee benefits and experiences with Design Works Gaming
  • Coordinate and book travel for employees as well as the Executive Team as needed
  • Organize documents in digital folders for easy access
  • Address questions that come in from team members
  • Assist C-Level Suite with administrative needs
  • Coordinate quarterly All Staff meeting, venue and agendas.
  • Assist with event planning for team members outings and all staff outings.
  • Responsible for break room supply inventory/ordering and hosting lunches
  • Work closely with building management for onsite company needs.
  • Administer event tickets and raffle contests for employees
  • Additional duties as assigned
Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in HR or Administrative roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write at a high level
  • Passion to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-driven
