Our client is looking for a dedicated and integrity-focused HR Administrator who is bilingual in Spanish to join their team This role is centered around ensuring the accuracy and compliance of I-9 and E-Verify entries for new hires. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in onboarding and verifying employment eligibility documentation. Key responsibilities include auditing I-9/E-Verify records, addressing discrepancies, and working closely with HR teams across different properties through both email and phone communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits of I-9 and E-Verify entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify that all data entered into the E-Verify system is correct and fully documented.
  • Follow up with property HR teams to verify the accuracy of submitted information.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to address and resolve any issues related to I-9/E-Verify entries.
  • Stay updated on I-9 and E-Verify regulations and best practices.
  • Ensure all onboarding processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide training and support to HR teams on proper I-9 and E-Verify procedures.
  • Uphold high levels of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing I-9 and E-Verify processes, including handling TNC and FNC cases.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with hiring managers and HR teams.
  • High integrity and self-motivation to perform tasks with accuracy and ethical consideration.
  • Experience working with HR software and systems from companies like UKG, ADP, Paychex, or similar.
