As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. Responsibilities: Sourcing and Candidate Outreach: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates. Conduct proactive candidate outreach and engagement to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions. Candidate Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members. Assist in the assessment of candidate qualifications and provide feedback to hiring managers. Recruitment Coordination: Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback. Coordinate interview schedules for candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering a high level of service and professionalism at all stages of the recruitment process. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity and interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement. Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Assist in employer branding efforts by promoting the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities through various channels. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
