What you'll be doing:
  • Support our Brand Team in strategic planning functions including brand strategy, creative strategy, product marketing, innovation, content strategy, and digital strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand health, consumer personas, mindsets, attitudes, values and behaviors across our Private Brands audiences and products.
  • Integrate customer insights and relevant brand trends into our brand strategy and creative output.
  • Drive internal support for our Private Brands, including planning internal events.
  • Support our Brand Team in delivering top and bottom-line objectives.
What you bring to the table:
  • Experience in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns to support brand growth.
  • Ability to develop new insights; question conventional approaches; encourage new ideas; design and implement new solutions.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to adapt to deliver what is needed to grow our brands.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance brand plans.
  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with other functions to meet shared objectives.
  • Use own understanding of competitors' offerings, market drivers and innovation trends to create and/or seize business opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What's needed- Basic Qualifications:
  • Entry level related experience in marketing or a related field
  • Bachelors or equivalent work experience
What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns in a retailer or CPG environment
  • Experience working on part of a Brand Management team
