Position Overview: As a Product Manager at Altair Data Resources, you will work closely with our development team to drive the success of our Corporate API. You will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and ensuring that it meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders. This role involves project management, training sales and account management teams, customer service, implementation with customers, and assisting with sales material.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Collaborate with the development team to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality API solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training programs for sales and account management teams to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the Corporate API product.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch support to customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues related to the Corporate API.
  • Implementations: Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and ensure smooth implementation and integration of the Corporate API into their systems.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in creating compelling sales materials, including presentations, demos, and documentation, to effectively communicate the value of our Corporate API.
Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with API development and integration is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
