Job Title: Continuous Improvement Product Leader

Location: Hybrid (On-Site & Remote)

Salary: Up to $115,000 per year

Position Overview: As the Continuous Improvement Product Leader, you will leverage your expertise in project management, innovation, and customer engagement to identify opportunities for product enhancement and operational efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in translating customer feedback into actionable improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of continuous improvement projects focused on product innovation and service enhancements.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage customers effectively, ensuring their insights are integrated into product development processes.
  • Utilize data-driven methodologies to measure the success of improvements and iterate on solutions as necessary.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a continuous improvement mindset across teams.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends to drive innovation within the product line.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on innovation and solution development.
  • Proven track record of successful customer engagement and turning feedback into actionable insights.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
