As the first dedicated Product Manager/Leader, you will be able to define and lead the product strategy for digital and physical offerings, collaborating directly with senior leadership.


Position Overview

The Product Manager/Leader is responsible for the end-to-end product planning and execution across the entire business lifecycle. This role involves gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining product vision, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, sales, marketing, finance, support, and operations). You will ensure product goals align with the company’s overall strategy and financial objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be an integral part of eCard's strategic planning and execution process, driving growth for our gift card products in partnership with key clients like Square and Toast.


Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Identify market trends and business opportunities to position the product competitively.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with IT, sales, and marketing teams to gather product requirements and execute product plans.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Define, analyze, and report product metrics to measure success and inform strategy.
  • Competitive Analysis: Assess the competitive landscape and deliver clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Partnership Management: Work with internal teams and external partners (such as Square and Toast) to build and enhance product offerings.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead product launches, monitor performance, and drive product growth through innovative strategies.
  • Support Cross-Functional Teams: Provide product support for sales teams through training and marketing activities.
