WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are hiring a Senior Software Quality Engineer to join our Software Quality Engineer team.. The Software Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring our Healthcare products or services meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance. To be successful in this role you should be incredibly thorough and able to help our company maintain the highest quality standards.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Leawood, KS office location.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

Participate in all phases of testing cycle, including functional, Integration, Regression, Load and Performance testing Release Planning and Deployment support Create and execute functional and API testing where applicable and log bugs in Jira. Execute and maintain test Automation suite and debug failures Complete ownership of comprehensive test coverage of functional, API test cases, automation scripts by reviewing the requirement and test suites regularly Works with team members to proactively identify, communicate functional and usability issues and risks that impede the execution and/or success of the project Provides status updates to manager and core team Adhere to quality standards/processes, best practices, and timelines, while working closely with both offshore team members and the core scrum team to communicate progress, project deliverables, and track work progress, taking corrective actions when necessary

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering preferred. Equivalent work experience required 5+ years of experience working as a Software Quality Engineer Effective communication skills, onshore-offshore coordination experience Working knowledge of browsers, client-server architectures, Web, Mobile-Web, Accessibility and SQL Knowledge of Load & Performance testing (Data & Traffic modeling) is a plus Ability to work with a multi-site / multi-time zone / multinational team including early morning and late-night hours Understanding and hands on experience with Functional / UI (User Interface) / API Automation Frameworks, Continuous Integration Tools like GIT, Bamboo, Jenkins, and Load testing tools. Hands on Experience using automated testing tools like Selenium Webdriver, TestNG, JUnit, Postman Technical acumen to understand underlying infrastructure Experience is in the Education Domain is a Huge Plus
